Where NSTR can help
You have a reasonably current strategic plan, several priorities to manage, and regular reporting obligations to a board, funders or members. Reporting relies heavily on spreadsheets or presentations, and internal strategy capacity is limited.
What we examine first
Confirm tests one important priority: the choices behind it, the capabilities it requires, the initiatives intended to deliver it, and whether evidence leads to decisions.
Designed to be manageable
Launch extends the map beyond the Confirm test, establishes ownership and measures, and sets up the management rhythm. Run uses quarterly reviews to interpret progress, document decisions and follow through, adapting strategy or execution when needed.
Very small or volunteer-led organizations may need a lighter approach.
